
Women: Catalysts for a Better Future
For centuries, the world has been predominantly shaped by male leadership. While this has led to numerous advancements and achievements, it has also resulted in a range of global challenges including wars, economic crises, and environmental degradation. As we face these complex issues, it is becoming increasingly evident that we need a shift in perspective and approach. While men in mid life are seen as 'in their prime', women are often seen as 'past it' This has not only hindered women's potential but has also deprived societies of diverse perspectives and solutions to pressing problems.

This is, I believe, because the RIGHT women do not step up, so we only have those who place personal gain above those in society they are elected to represent.

By supporting women entrepreneurs, ensuring equal pay, and promoting women in leadership roles within businesses, we can create a more inclusive and resilient economy. Education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to contribute meaningfully to society. This of course means those from other cultures must understand and respect the culture of the country they migrate to.This needs enforcing to ensure a proper integration into the host society and culture something clearly lacking in many Western countries.
