In my coaching sessions I focus on the feminine aspect of coaching. It acknowledges that you as a women have unique challenges that men simply do not have and my coaching techniques are design specifically for you. .

The Holistic aspect focuses on you as a whole, rather than just on specific areas of your life.

Combining the two aspects,this style of coaching is very powerful.

Many women admit to putting themselves second or third to their company, spouse, or children. As a result, some women don’t have the training or toolkit to implement self-care strategies. 

Figuring out the right coaching approach here can reduce burnout and help reenergize you, so you show up with more passion, excitement and self actualisation at work and with family and friends. 

It also helps tremendously following a relationship breakup, helping you move on in life with confidence and grace.
